Oven cleaning
Oven cleaning across Adelaide, from $145.
Racks out, door glass done, baked-on carbon taken back to the enamel. Not a wipe-over — a proper clean, without the fumes.
What's included
Everything, not just the door.
Plenty of "oven cleans" amount to a spray and a wipe of the front. The grease that makes your kitchen smell when the oven heats up is on the roof, the sides and the element — and that's the part that takes the work.
- Oven interior — roof, sides, base and back
- Racks and trays, soaked and scrubbed separately
- Door glass, including between the panes where the oven allows it
- Seals, trim and the frame around the door
- Reassembled and wiped down before we leave
Why the door glass matters
It's the bit you look at every day, and it's the bit most people give up on. Getting between the panes is the difference between a clean oven and one that just looks cleaner from a distance.
If it hasn't been done in years
That's normal and it's not a problem — it just takes longer. Tell us when you ring and the price accounts for it up front rather than being revised on the day.
The difference
Non-toxic, and it still works.
The trade-off people expect is that gentle products don't shift baked-on carbon. That isn't our experience — what does the work is soaking time and effort, not fumes.
No caustic smell
Your kitchen doesn't smell like a chemical works for the rest of the week.
Safe around the family
No need to get children or pets out of the house while it's being done.
Use it that night
No airing out, no residue, no first-roast-tastes-odd problem.
Common questions
Before you book.
How much is it?
From $145 for a standard 60cm oven, including racks and door glass. Larger ovens, wall ovens and doubles are priced on size — ring with the make and size and you'll get a firm number, not a range. Full pricing is on the pricing page.
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to let us in and be there while we work. Beyond that you can carry on with your day — there are no fumes to escape from.
Can I use the oven straight after?
Yes. That's the main practical advantage of not using caustic products — there's nothing to air out.
What if my oven is really bad?
It's rarely as bad as people think, and it's never a reason not to ring. Mention it when you call so the price reflects it from the start.
Do you clean the cooktop and rangehood too?
Yes — those can be added to an oven clean or booked on their own. See BBQ, cooktops and rangehoods.
